GSI expanded its existing production hall and invited VLK Cresa to help with its real estate expertise solving the expansion needs. The best solution proved to be a green field investment next to the existing production hall, where the new plant was built on 16.000 m2.

This time the building of Hotel Marriott on the Duna Corso was found as the perfect place for Starbuck’s new café. This venue is in the heart of Budapest, being an important traffic and touristic location.
Both Starbucks and Marriott are very satisfied with the result, as this kind of combination of two strong brands can truly strengthen each other.
In a 300 years old building that has been closed for 20 years, the Maison Hotel chain has been created in its latest hotel in Budapest. The implementation required such a complex knowledge that the hotel needed experts for it. The new hotel had to meet the requirements of today’s modern era, for which VLK Cresa was able to provide professionals who are involved on a daily basis in the organization and operation of the modern hotel industry.
VLK Cresa made a very detailed timetable of the technical execution, checked and enforced its implementation. It combined the classical technical project management consulting with operational aspects, adding a strong marketing focus to fully meet the expectations of the target audience regarding design and quality.
VLK Cresa was brought on board to renegotiate the lease agreements for a total of 3800 sqm of space. We set ourselves the goal of achieving enough savings to allow for the expansion of the studio while assuring that the operations of the studio would not be disrupted.
Due to its dynamic growth, the company could accommodate its employees in two separate buildings within Infopark, an office campus specialized for ITC tenants. Besides optimizing the office and the work environment, the objective was to find a cost-effective solution for a high-standard work environment.
As per NNG’s request and objective, VLK Cresa had to find a headquarter building preferably situated in Buda’s green belt area, in a location easily approachable for the employees. It was also important for the new building to ensure the possibility of continuous expansion, which eventually became a real need.
We started to work on a new real estate strategy with Adecco with two years on their lease. The objectives were straightforward: renew the office and the working environment, and integrate the office located in Buda with the head office in Pest.
Ever since its penetration into the Hungarian market, Starbucks was striving to open a shop in a key location in Buda as part of its market expansion strategy. We helped the coffee company find its new home in the prestigious Castle District.
