The planning phase is when space, costs, fit out are all figured out in order for the workflow to run smoothly, once we get there. Our project management team is your assurance that your needs are always taken into consideration.

Fit-out works planning, tendering

Planning is critical as it is the phase where you can optimize space, costs, equipment, and furniture “on paper” to drive workspace efficiency. That’s why our project managers step in at this early phase of the project to make sure that the planned layout accommodates your needs as much as possible. We manage the engagement of designers, contractors, voice/data suppliers, workstation, furniture and all other providers.

Construction supervision and monitoring

We oversee the whole process to assure that the team works toward common goals to deliver the perfect outcome for your project. We start by coordinating the planning of the construction works.

We verify and approve the contractor’s project plans. During the construction, we make sure that all the works are delivered on schedule with the help of our experts who regularly tour the site to check on delivery. We continuously keep our clients up-to-date about the progress and the potential risks in execution, making suggestions for correction if necessary. We monitor and oversee every stage of the build-out, installation, electricity, and engineering works, as well as fit-out and furniture. We coordinate all the vendors in order to ensure seamless and timely deliveries and installs. We double-check every process for cost, time, and quality, looking out for your interests at every turn.

Managing Handover/Takeover

Once the build-out is finished, we check every job personally, proposing their approval or rectification. Handover/takeover is personally supervised by our project managers. We also make sure potential defects are fixed to bring you a turnkey solution.

Relocation Management

We implement your entire move, plan the transition, coordinate internal committees, hire the mover, provide 24/7 move coordination, so your people keep working with as few distractions as possible.
