A dynamic IT firm, i-insight was looking for an office that would provide a professional environment suitable for a multinational company in the next three to five years as well as provide a better use of space.
The biggest challenge was how to cut down on costs when the former office rent was market level, and our client wanted to have a considerably bigger floor space on top. Options were further narrowed down by their request to keep the office on the Buda side where supply was limited, and moving together with their partner company, coordination of the separate requirements made it even more difficult.
Having explored all the options not only on the Buda side, but also on Pest side as an alternative solution, we conducted successful negotiations, and found an office location suitable for this dynamically growing enterprise. It was 20% bigger than the previous one, and offered an upgrade in terms of quality, and as a bonus, we negotiated that the full refurbishment cost to be covered by the landlord.
