Erika as ‘the voice of the company’ supports Cresa with promoting sales objectives as a member of the sales team focusing on key accounts. In most of her career, she played an important role in marketing and customer service field at the largest telecommunication company in Hungary. She has utilized this knowledge as an organizational development trainer and coach. She has held communication trainings for customer service, pre-sales and sales teams at several companies. In addition, she is a speech and communication teacher.
