DataCare as a startup required immediate assistance to find an office for temporary use that would offer a first-rate and easily expandable working environment until the company would find a long term solution.
The company executives wanted to select their permanent office along a complex set of assessment criteria, but because of the scarcity of market opportunities the decision was made with a minimum compromise that was necessary.



Key priorities were the quality working environment and flexibility, therefore instead of the usual solution of finding an office building, we opted for a serviced office in the first round. The contract was signed Friday that week, and work could already start the next Monday in the new serviced office.
In line with its fast initial growth plan, three months later the company moved to its own exclusively leased office space in a classic office building.
